Dinwiddie sent clothing for companies at Will's Creek and those under Captain Lewis. Gene ral Braddock's warrant for recruiting troops {no longer enclosed} must not delay Stephen's march, but if Stephen is successful in his recruiting, he'll gain the favor of the general.
