Administrative History

The Rockingham Mutual Telephone and Telegraph Company incorporated in 1898 and dissolved in 1958. At the time the stock certificate was issued, David C. Acker (1869-1959) was the company's secretary and Charles H. Rolston (1860-1934) was president  .
