The Eleanor Crowder Bjoring Center for Nursing Historical Inquiry
(B. 1938) Biographical material tracing her varied career in nursing through the 1990s, in Boston and the New York areas,
concluding as a faculty member at the Genesee Community College in Batavia, New York, and the Batavia VA Hospital. In retirement
she became involved in lobbying and legislative initiatives for the New York State Nurses Association. The collection includes
photographs and publications by Howard.
