Scope and Contents
This collection contains a memorial volume and papers relating to Junkin and his works. Specifically there is a typescript concerning Marion Junkin's mural, The Struggle for Intellectual Freedom and a program for an exhibit of Junkin's work held at the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts in 1939.
Separated Material
The program for Marion Montague Junkin 1905-1977 memorial exhibition has been removed and is housed in Record Group 34. The exhibit ran January 8-February 2, 1979.
