Reports and court transcripts related to the investigation of the Sago Mine disaster. Also contains maps of the Middle Kittanning Seam, including the 2004 Annual Map, and 2006 Preliminary Mine Investigation Team maps (in set of 29) showing sections of the seam in detail.
