Abstract
Typed transcriptions provided by WVU Hospital staff of legislative reports prepared by WVU Vice-President Edwin Flowers. The reports were made available to the WVU community during legislative sessions. Special emphasis is placed on information relevant to WVU Hospitals. Because of general budget tightening, there was much concern at the time about funding for the new hospital and salary increases for classified employees.
