Daniel Binns was born 19 June 1767 in New Kent County, Virginia, to Thomas and Frances Binns. He married Martha Harmon and they had at least one child. Binns died by 25 October 1814. Charles Binns was born 5 February 1778 to Thomas and Frances Binns. He died 7 March 1854 in New Kent County, and had no surviving issue.
Estate papers, 1814, of Daniel Binns (1767-1814) and Charles Binns (1778-1854) of New Kent County, Virginia, consisting of: a) a listing of the items and personal property bought at the sale of Daniel Binns' estate on 25 October 1814; and b) an account, ca. 1854, of the distribution of the slaves of Charles Binns, including their value. The listing of items and property bought includes names of the buyers and the prices they paid. On the list of slaves, the surnames of the slaves were added in a different hand after 1862.
