Massachusetts Construction Company was incorporated February 20, 1896, in Richmond, Virginia, and engaged in the construction of equipment and facilities for the transportation industry.

Scope and Content Information

Copy of the charter application, dated 7 March 1896, signed by J.T. Lawless, Secretary of the Commonwealth. Officers of the company named in the charter are Albert D. Bosson, president, George W. Moses, secretary and treasurer, Charles A. Campbell, John A. Lancaster, and M.M. Martin, directors.
