The Albemarle Paper Manufacturing Company was incorporated in Richmond, Virginia, on February 15, 1887. During the period covered by these records, the Albemarle Company acquired the Dixie Paper Mills of Richmond.
Recorded are the minutes of meetings of the board of directors and stockholders of the company. Volume 1 contains a copy of the company's act of incorporation and bylaws.
