Scope and Content

Daybook, 1924-1927, of an unidentified physician. It records records transactions as they occurred on a daily basis. Information found in entries includes name of patient, medical services rendered, form of payment, amount owed, and amount paid. Services rendered include visits to patients, prescriptions for medication, and operations. The last few pages of daybook contains a list of ointments, elixirs, pills, and tablets.
