Middlesex County (Va.) Petition Concerning the Proposed Construction of a Rolling House for Tobacco on Perrott's Creek, circa 1700. Consists of a petition, with sixteen signatures, against construction of a rolling house for tobacco on the mouth of Perrott's Creek. The petition states that the said rolling house, proposed by William Stanard, would not be used because it would be three miles further away from tobacco rollers than the existing rolling house of Mr. Price.
