Charles Clement Richardson (1933-1984) graduated from VMI in 1937. He was the owner of the Charles C. Richardson Construction Company and was a developer in the San Diego, California area for more than 30 years. During World War II he was a civil engineer with the United States Navy Reserve and was stationed at Quoddy Village, Maine.
This collection consists of digital copies of papers relating to C. Clement Richardson's service in the United States Navy during World War II.
