Scope and Contents

Research associate for the Institute for Urban Studies at the University of Pennsylvania in the 1960s. Papers include writings by Lapin about his research of traffic patterns and congestion, highway finance, and transportation problems. Includes a manuscript draft of his book,  Structuring the Journey to Work , written in 1962.
