The processing, arrangement, and description of the Youngstown Kitchen Model Kits was completed in February 2025.
The Youngstown Kitchen Model Kits contains two set of model kitchens, c.1945, and an advertisement for Youngstown Kitchens by Mullins" from 1949. One model kit, title the "Min-a-Kit Book," is still bound and uncut, and includes multiple kitchen components which could be attached to the front and back covers on the indicated lines. The second kit is loose and contains eight sheets of cabinetry and a 3-D model of walls and floor. Pieces could be interchanged and arranged in different ways. In addition, this collection includes an ad from "The American Home" magazine for Youngstown Kitchens.
