The processing, arrangement, and description of the Free France of World War II Flag on Pole was completed in June 2025.
This flag is for Free France, which represented the government-in-exile of Charles de Gaulle during World War II, when France was occupied. The flag is a tricolour of vertical band of blue, white, and red with a blue two-barred cross (aka Cross of Lorraine) on the white band. The flag is on a pole with blue, white, and red fabric strips wrapped around the top over a soft ball-style finial.
