Biographical Information:

J. Kenneth Graham was in the class of 1931 at the College of William and Mary. He was born in Williamsburg, Virginia at 141 Richmond Road "of seafaring stock, planters and fur trappers and some colonial preachers who tried to convert Ohio River Indians."
