Biographical Information:

Charles Lee was born in 1758. He was brother of Richard Bland Lee and Henry "Light-Horse Harry" Lee. A. B. degree from College of New Jersey. Collector of port of Alexandria, Va. Admitted to bar. Served in Virginia General Assembly. Attorney-general of the United States, 1795-1801. Died in Fauquier Co., Va. in 1815.
