The friendship album owned by Mary Titus, a young woman from nineteenth century Virginia. The inscriptions are from Reading, Pennsylvania; Lebanon, Pennsylvania; Manassas, Virginia; Middlesex County, Virginia; and Richmond, Virgina. Friendship albums contained entries from aquaintances.
This collection contains one book housed in original black leather boards with the word "Autographs" on the cover. The book contains eighteen handwritten entries from Pennsylvania and Virginia for Mary Titus. Entries include poems, short messages, or essays.
