Biographical / Historical

James Cremins was a graduate ofmthe University of Virginia and served in the Navy during World War II. Mary Cremins was his wife.

Scope and Contents

This collection includes correspondence and naval ephemera from James and Mary Louise Cremins in Norfolk, Virginia from the 1940s to the 1950s. The majority of the collection are long letters from James to Mary before they were married in the mid-1950s.

Collection is arranged by file into two series: Series I. Correspondence and Series II.Series II. Naval records and ephemera.
