Abstract
A Monongalia County performance bond of John Fanshear. The agreement bound Fanshear and his heirs to Clement Vincent for a
debt of $100.00. It is further stipulated in the event of non-payment that Fanshear will forfeit title to a specified tract
of land previously owned by Enoch Vincent.
