Records of a civic improvement association started to help attain township status for Osage, a community on Scott's Run in
Monongalia County. In the 1960's, the association became actively involved in directing local efforts to bolster the economy
and improve the physical appearance of Osage. Included are meeting minutes, project materials, some correspondence and scrapbooks
indicative of the association's activities.
