Abstract

Brochures, programs, and one broadside concerning the Petersburg White Water Weekend, an event of regional and national interest featuring canoe and kayak races in the South Branch Valley, an area encompassing the South Branch of the Potomac River within several West Virginia counties of the Potomac Highlands. Original materials are as follows: 1964 official program and broadside advertisement, 1968 brochure, and 1965 official program. Facsimiles are as follows: brochures for 1966, 1967, 1969, and 1970; official program for 1971.
