A letter written by Herbert Hoover, then serving as Secretary of Commerce, to H.C. Ogden, thanking him for a complimentary
editorial published in the Wheeling INTELLIGENCER. Also, a carbon copy of Ogden's typed reply to Hoover and a microprint copy
of the editorial.
