Abstract
Minutes of a long term organization concerned with prioritizing development at WVU. Potomac State, and Jackson's Mill. This
council established by University President James Harlow functioned as a board overseeing and determining the agenda overall
planning. Its wide scope covered everything from changes in departmental operations such as tenure policy in the School of
Arts and Sciences as well as the construction and renovation of buildings such as Colson Hall.
