Abstract
Memory book kept by Rachel H. Thomas of Martins Ferry, Ohio, a student at Marshall College. Mainly contains messages from
Thomas's friends and family written directly on the pages of the book. The book also contains items that are pasted in or
loose, including photographs, news clippings, and ephemera. Most of the contents of the memory book date from 1931-1939; some
of the loose items were added at a later date. The memory book is bound in leather and stamped with a Roycroft logo, indicating
it was made by a member of the Roycroft community of crafters and artists, which was founded by Elbert Hubbard and associated
with the Arts and Crafts movement.
