Abstract
Six digital images of George Rogers Clark Floyd (1810-1895) and family. Floyd was secretary of state for the Territory of
Wisconsin, 1845-1848, member of the West Virginia House of Delegates, 1872-1873, and a longtime resident of Logan County.
Four photos show Floyd's portrait; one shows portraits of Floyd and his daughter Letitia; and one shows portraits of Floyd,
his two sons, Ben Rush Floyd (1845-1920) and John Buchanan Floyd (1855-1935), and his father, John Floyd (1783-1837). The
original photographs, from which these digital copies were made, were taken in Wheeling, West Virginia sometime between 1865
and 1895. See also A&M 941 for more information on Floyd and family.
