Records of the Sigma Nu Home Association documenting the acquisition of properties for the Sigma Nu fraternity at West Virginia
University (WVU). Includes by-laws of the organization, contracts, and other material. Some of the records regard properties
in the Fifth Ward district of Morgantown, West Virginia, in the vicinity of Union and Vernon Avenues, and also downtown properties
on Spruce and Walnut Streets. George and Elizabeth Price, and George Price, were vendors.
