Abstract
Telegram to Col. John H. Oley, Charleston,1864, directing his to destroy "all in your front."; telegram from Col. Nathan Wilkinson,
1864, reporting on a battle at Beverly, W. Va.; and a letter to Charles F. W. Kunst from Beverly dated December 20, 1861 telling
of Union troops occupying the David Goff premises, destroying Goff's papers, etc. Also several telegrams from Grafton concerning
such matters as commerce and substitute hiring.
