Abstract
Land grant and two deeds, including: 1) initial grant from the Commonwealth of Virginia to Michael Gratz and Charles Willing of 3248 acre tract of land below Point Pleasant (13 January 1787); 2) deed of same land from Elizabeth Hannah Willing to Robert Hare (13 January 1787); 3) deed of same land from Robert and Margaret Hare to Chales W. Hare (3 July 1806).
