election of 1904 in West Virginia; West Virginia Republican politics, 1904-1905; and Glasscock's role as Collector of Internal
Revenues for West Virginia.
Correspondents include William M.O. Dawson, Stephen B. Elkins, Elliott Northcott, Nathan B. Scott, and Harry C. Woodyard.
Collection contains the papers of William L. Russell, general manager, and Edward M. Heermans, editor, of the Morgantown Republican,
a campaign paper set/up by Glasscock to support his candidacy for Governor in 1908 and the Taft ticket. Papers are concerned
with the operation of the paper and Republican Party politics.
