One folder of correspondence, June 25, 1945- July 14, 1949, concerning the will of Burr Smith for the Establishment of an historical park by the W. Va. Historical County, near West Milford, W. Va. The property was later created into the Watters Smith State Park. Correspondents include Charles H. Wachburn, Festus P. Summers, Charles McCamic, and L. J. Priestly.
