Abstract

Three reels of recording tape containing the proceedings of West Virginia University's 101st Commencement, May 17, 1970, at the University Fieldhouse on Beechurst Avenue, Morgantown. The participants include: President Harlow, Governor Arch A. Moore, President of the Board of Regents John E, Amos, Order of Vandalia recipients, Maurice Brooks and Herbert S. Boreman, Honorary degree recipients, Ross Tuckerwiller and Ralph Wesley Phillips.
