They may be used for educational and nonprofit uses but not for commercial uses without permission of the copyright holders or heirs to the copyright: WWVU-TV licensed to West Virginia University; WNPB-TV licensed to the WV Educational Broadcasting Authority; and later: WV Public Broadcasting. Relating to a few items, other entities hold copyright.

Scope and Contents

Audiovisual material, program guides, newsletters, scripts, and other material created and collected by Mary Lucille DeBerry during her career as a producer and director for the WWVU-TV and WNPB-TV public television channels (now known as West Virginia Public Broadcasting).
