All reports from the 1995 Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Self-Survey and Transition Plan undertaken by the Division
of Campus Engagement and Compliance (then known as the Division of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion). The self-survey and
transition plan are required of all institutions with more than 50 employees to discern accessibility issues in facilities,
programs, services, activities, and events, to determine compliance with the ADA, and to outline a plan to remedy the identified
barriers to access.
