Abstract
One letter from U.S. Senator William E. Chilton to Mr. J. Elmer Christy of Nyack, New York, dated February 23, 1917. Senator Chilton refers in the letter to the debate in Congress and the country over U.S. participation in World War I. A xerox copy of the letter is included in the collection.
