Four contracts, constitutions, and wage agreements from archives of the Progressive Mine Workers of America: 1) "Agreement Between Wisconsin Steel Co. and Benham Employees Association, 1937-38"; 2) "Constitution of District No. 1 PMWA, 1942"; 3) "Contract Between PMWA District 5 and the following: Providence Coal Mining Co.; Meador, Young & Holt Co.; Lick Creek Coal Co.; Williams Coal Co.; Norton Coal Corp.; Sixth Vein Coal Co.; Hart Coal Corp.; Ruckman Coal Co.; Dawson Daylight Coal Co.; Dawson Colleries; Reinecke Coal Mining Co.; Trio Coal Co.; Flat Creek Coal Co., 1938-40"; 4) "Wage Agreement Between Harlan County Coal Operators' Association a nd District 19 UMWA, 1938-39."
