Alexander, Woodford County, Kentucky, concerning the breeding of mares to his stallion, "Lexington"; a receipt, January 1885, from Morgan & Eastin Hatters, of Lexington, Kentucky, made out to Duncan Gibson; notes on mares bred and foaled; and, a copy of a reproduction of a painting of "Lexington", courtesy of Duncan Gibson, Ingleside, Lexington, Kentucky.
