This collection consists of a two page autograph indenture agreement between Lewis L. Holladay, John [Jerdone?], and Jessee H. Stubbs, of Spotsylvania County, Virginia, dated July 7, 1834, conveying the slaves Betsy, Ellen, and Albert, and numerous items of personal property listed in the documnet.
