The collection, 1979-1980, consists of an exchange of correspondence between Ervin L. Jordan, Jr. of Charlottesville, Virginia and Ali A. Agah, Charge d'Affairs of the Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Washington, D.C., regarding the treatment of American hostages in Tehran, together with enclosures on the Iranian Revolution and U.S.-Iranian relations.
