This collection consists of three uncorrected advance proofs of fiction works by three Black American authors: James Baldwin (1924-1987), Imamu Amiri Baraka (LeRoi Jones, b. 1934), and Charles [Stevenson] Wright (b. 1932). (Copies of these books are available in Alderman Library.)
