These papers were given to the Library by Ms. Paula Cash, Executive Secretary of the American Rhododendron Society, Tigard, Oregon.

This addition to the American Rhododendron Society 's Papers consists of ca. 250 items (1 Hollinger box, .3 linear feet), 1963-1988, and includes newsletters from various chapters, chapter information, correspondence, reports, minutes of the National Board of Directors, and a financial statement for 1987.
The minutes have been interfiled with an earlier but incomplete set of minutes in the American Rhododendron Society Papers (# 10,553-d-f) and the duplicate minutes returned to the Executive Secretary. The additional newsletters have been interfiled with the Newsletters of the American Rhododendron Society open accession (# 10,553-c, -g).
