The collection consists of photographs taken at the opening reception of the U.Va. library exhibition "Treasures of learning" in honor of Clifton Waller Barrett. Subjects include Barrett and Mrs. Barrett with the Barrett Literary Manuscript Project Volunteers, and Barrett with President and Mrs. Robert O'Neil.
