Robert Walsh writes to John. W. Francis from Paris; he outlines ideas for a semi-annual historical, political, social, literary, and scientific register of Europe and America; asks Dr. Francis to consult with publishers and inform him by steamer of results; feels qualified to produce register; and needs yearly income of $1000-$1500 per annum.
