Scope and Content Information

This collection contains two ALS one-page letters of Nicholas Vachel Lindsay. In the first, 1926 Jan 21, Lindsay writes from "Davenport Hotel," Spokane, U. S. A., to Dr. Clifford Smyth, The International Book Review, concerning his and his wife's dinner with the Ben Kizers and sends an advance review of Stoddard King's new book; illustrated with a drawing of a daisy in the upper left corner.

In the second letter, n.d. Friday, Lindsay writes from "The Commodore," New York, New York, to Dr. Clifford Smyth, International Book Review concerning advertisements useful to him and the return of the Gibson Girl, stating that his wife is one.
