Letter from Nicholas Vachel Lindsay to Harry Hansen, Accession #6259-t, Special Collections Dept., University of Virginia Library, Charlottesville, Va.
This collection was purchased on 1991 September 4.
Nicholas Vachel Lindsay, Davenport Hotel, Spokane, Washington, writes to Harry Hansen, the Chicago editor complaining that he has not answered his many letters, and comments that Stoddard King did not get credit for his efforts in helping Lindsay write The Curse of the Saxaphone . He urges Hansen to review King's new volume of poetry "with this series of great selections by you and me. You might include some prose gems from his column too." 1 p. ALS.
