Letters from Ellen Anderson Gholson Glasgow to J. J. Lankes, Accession #6151-k, Special Collections Dept., University of Virginia Library, Charlottesville, Va.
This collection was a gift on 1997 July 25.
This collection consists of three letters from Ellen Glasgow to J. J. Lankes, 1927-1929, regarding Lankes' woodcuts, including one he has done of her house.
Writes that she is enchanted with the woodcut of her house and wishes him to sign the thin proofs.
Regrets not being able to do an article because of ill health and says that his woodcuts make a very strong appeal to her.
