Acquisition Information

These papers were an archival transfer from the Student Council, Newcomb Hall, University of Virginia, to Special Collections, on July 31, 2009.

Scope and Content

This collection consists of the general records of the University of Virginia Student Council, ca. 410 items (2 Hollinger boxes, ca. 1 linear foot), 2000–2007, including agenda and minutes of meetings, allocation letters, appropriations committee allocations, budget, by-laws, constitution, correspondence, handbooks, and a proposal "A Student Activities Support and Advising Model."

These files are arranged alphabetically by the name of the file. Items formerly in notebooks have been removed and placed in folders.
