Businesses include many in Wythe County and Pulaski County and beyond including Wythe Grocery Company, Roanoke Coffee and Spice, Strother Drug Company, Foote and Johnston, Hechts Bakery, Pulaski Feed and Supply, and Roanoke Hardware Company.
