Biographical Information
Keswick Estate is a private neighborhood of two- to four-acre homesites located near Keswick, Virginia in Albemarle County.
Scope and Content
This collection includes the Keswick Estate Owners Association handbook which includes architectural and landscape guidelines, bylaws, covenants and restrictions, and articles of incorporation. Also included is an architectural drawing of the estate entrance sign (2 pages), a letter from landscape architect Robert McGinnis dated 1 November 1994 detailing work (4 pages), and a sales brochure for Keswick Estates.
