Scope and Content Information

Grant of 6,513 acres on the north side of the James River a few miles above the falls. Patent originally issued to Ramsey Groves. This copy made ca. 1763 and signed by Will Drew for Benjamin Waller. Contains marginal notes concerning the tract's boundaries.
